These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Happy2Purchase website and price alert services ("Service").
Happy2Purchase is a product operated by TactileWorks LLP("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Service.
Happy2Purchase allows you to set up price alerts for products available on third-party marketplaces such as Amazon. When the price meets the conditions you configure, we attempt to send you notification emails.
We do not sell or ship products ourselves, and we do not guarantee any price, availability, delivery, or other terms offered by any third-party marketplace.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
The Service relies on your email address to create and manage price alerts. We may require verification of your email address through a one-time password (OTP) or similar mechanism before an alert is activated.
You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure. Any actions taken from alerts associated with your verified email will be treated as authorised by you.

The Service includes links to third-party websites and marketplaces. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, terms, or policies of those third parties.
Some links may contain affiliate identifiers, meaning we may earn a commission if you make a purchase. This does not affect the price you pay and does not constitute an endorsement of any specific product or seller.
All content and materials on the Service, including the Happy2Purchase name and logo, are owned by TactileWorks LLP or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reuse them except as permitted by law or with our written consent.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any alerts or other communications will always be delivered.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TactileWorks LLP and its officers, partners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability shall be limited to the amount (if any) you have paid to us for using the Service during the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TactileWorks LLP from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for legal, security, or operational reasons.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
