What is Happy2Purchase?

Happy2Purchase is an Amazon price tracker and price comparison tool. It helps you monitor product prices, compare offers across stores, and sends price drop alerts via email or WhatsApp when the price reaches your target level.

How does the Amazon price tracker work?

Sign in, paste the Amazon product link or search by name, review the current price, explore comparisons, and set your target price if you want alerts. After that, Happy2Purchase monitors the product and sends a price drop alert when your target is reached. You can also enable WhatsApp notifications as an optional alert channel.

Do I need to create an account?

Yes. Sign in is required to use tracking, comparisons, and alerts. You can sign in with Google, so there is no password to remember.

Does Happy2Purchase offer price comparison?

Yes. When available, Happy2Purchase shows comparable offers from other stores to help you spot the best deal before you buy.

Can I track more than one Amazon product?

Yes. You can set separate alerts for different Amazon products. Each alert has its own target price and notification history.

Can I set multiple alerts for the same product?

No. You can set only one alert per product. If you want to create a new alert for the same product, you must first disable the existing one using the unsubscribe link provided in your confirmation email or any price drop alert email. If WhatsApp notifications are enabled, you can also stop alerts using the stop option provided in WhatsApp messages (when available).

Is there a limit to how many active alerts I can have?

Yes. To keep the service reliable, each email address can have up to 50 active alerts at a time. You can still create a new alert after deactivating an existing one.

What should I do if I reach the maximum active alert limit?

If you see a "maximum active alerts" message while creating an alert, disable an existing alert from your dashboard or open a previous Happy2Purchase email (your alert confirmation email or any price drop alert email) and use the unsubscribe link. After that, try creating the new alert again.

Will I receive too many alerts?

Alerts are rate-limited to reduce unnecessary notifications. If the product price remains the same, a cooldown period is applied before another alert is sent for that price. You can receive alerts by email, and optionally via WhatsApp if you enable it.

Which marketplaces are supported?

At the moment, Happy2Purchase focuses on Amazon products. Support for additional marketplaces may be added in the future.

Is Happy2Purchase free to use?

Yes, the service is currently free to use for setting and receiving price alerts for supported Amazon products.

How do I stop receiving alerts?

You can stop alerts anytime from your dashboard. Every alert confirmation email or price drop email also includes a link to unsubscribe or stop the alert. If WhatsApp notifications are enabled, the WhatsApp message also includes an option to stop alerts.

Does Happy2Purchase change the price on Amazon?

No. Happy2Purchase never modifies product prices. It only observes publicly available prices and notifies you when your chosen target is reached.

How do WhatsApp notifications work?

WhatsApp notifications are an optional alert channel. If you choose to enable WhatsApp, price alerts can be delivered to your WhatsApp number in addition to email. Message delivery depends on WhatsApp availability and applicable messaging rules.

Can I delete my account anytime?

Yes. You can delete your account anytime from the dashboard in the Delete Account section. Deletion is scheduled immediately and you will be signed out.

Can I cancel a deletion request?

Yes. You have 14 days to cancel deletion by contacting support@happy2purchase.com or by submitting a restore request. After the deletion date, your data cannot be recovered.
